The vast majority of products sold on www.psscalgary.com are covered by the manufacturer's product warranty.
Not all manufacturers handle warranty replacements the same way, as such, to initiate a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly with any product malfunctions or concerns within the product's given warranty period. A proof of purchase is required.

Hockey Stick Warranty
Should a composite hockey stick or blade brake due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of purchase, it may be eligible for replacement.
Please initiate a warranty claim by directly contacting the manufacturer's warranty department. A proof of purchase is required.

Any manufactures defect will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with any concerns or problems.
Warranty information for all manufacturers is listed below.
Manufacturer: Riedell
This warranty is extended to all authorized Riedell dealers and the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
To obtain Limited Warranty Service, return product, with a copy of the original proof of purchase, return authorization number and written description for why the product is being returned, using the following procedures:
- Contact the Riedell organization in your country/region (visit riedellskates.com for Riedell contact information in your country/region) for a return authorization number and specific return/shipping instructions.
- Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by the Riedell organization in your country/region.
- Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the shipping carton. Cartons not bearing a return authorization number, where required, will be refused.
All products manufactured by Riedell Shoes, Inc., including but not limited to Riedell® boots and skates, are warranted by Riedell Shoes, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and intended use for a period of 6 months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser. Eclipse® blades shall be warranted by Riedell Shoes, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and intended use for a period of 12 months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser.

Manufacturer: Jackson & Matrix
Jackson Ultima Skates warranties the quality of all figure skates and boots for six months from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care. Product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Repaired product (or replacement product) will carry a six month guarantee from the original date of purchase.
Jackson Ultima Skates warranties the quality of all Matrix or Ultima figure blades for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care. Product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Repaired product (or replacement product) will carry a one-year guarantee from the original date of purchase.
Product appearing to be defective, together with the original sales slip showing date of purchase and a statement of the claimed defect, must be promptly returned to the Jackson Ultima dealer from whom it was purchased.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales slip.
